Your restaurant
Confirm your legal business, pickup location and restaurant details with your onboarding contact. A draft location can be prepared before ordering opens.
Pickup and opening hours
Confirm local opening hours, pickup instructions and preparation times. Location timezone is kept separate from the time on your device.
Ordering pauses
Missed-order rules belong to the location. An authorized owner can resume an operating pause while existing order and payment recovery stays available.
Account security
The named owner uses an individual account with multi-factor authentication. Linked devices do not create additional staff identities.
Devices and alerts
One named owner can link devices without a commercial device cap. Notifications need device permission and a currently authorized account.
